ASTA MD/DC at MMEA In-Service Day, October 2009

On Friday, October 16, 2009, our chapter hosted a table at the Maryland Music Educators Association In-Service Conference. The event was at Howard High School in Ellicott City, and was attended by more than 300 teachers from all over the state. Marion Spahn, Public School Representative, and Dorée Huneven, Chapter President, gave out flyers and information about ASTA—national and local, and also gave away two free memberships as prizes. Our table was well located, and received questions from many interested people.
